Security Information

Rennkron applies proportionate technical and organisational security measures for the website and customer transactions. No internet service can be described as “100% secure”, immune to attack or entirely risk-free.

Connection security

The Rennkron production site is served over HTTPS/TLS. Check the rennkron.com domain and a valid secure connection indicator in your browser’s address bar. Do not enter personal information if you see a suspicious domain or certificate warning.

Account security

Do not reuse your password on other services, check login links and sign out on shared devices. Rennkron staff do not ask for your password or one-time verification code by email or telephone.

Payment information

Online payment is available for eligible products and orders. Card details are not collected in the Rennkron checkout form; they are entered on the secure payment page hosted by İş Bankası / Payten. Accepted card methods and required verification steps are shown on the bank page. An order is not treated as paid on Rennkron until its payment status is verified.

Reporting suspicious activity

If you see a suspicious page, message or transaction using the Rennkron name, you can send a screenshot and link to destek@rennkron.com. Do not send passwords, card numbers, CVVs or verification codes.
