Account Deletion Request

A deletion request for a Rennkron account is a secure privacy operation requiring verification of account ownership. An account cannot be deleted merely by entering another person’s email address.

Submitting a request from your account

Sign in to your account, open the Privacy section and verify with your current password at the Account deletion request step. Active sessions are closed when the request is recorded; this does not mean that all records are deleted simultaneously and unconditionally.

Scope of deletion

The verified request starts the privacy workflow for the account profile, race/sports preferences, saved races, optional communication preferences and deletable Rennkron data associated with the account. Anonymous cart and browser cookies can also be deleted from the browser.

Records that may need to be retained

When an actual transaction occurs, records that must be retained for legal, accounting, tax, dispute, fraud prevention or security obligations may not be deleted immediately. These records are retained only for the relevant obligation and purpose, with restricted access; this page does not promise an unverified fixed retention period.

If you cannot access your account

You can send a request to destek@rennkron.com. Additional secure verification may be required to confirm that the account belongs to you. Do not send passwords, card details or one-time codes by email.

This web page provides the public account deletion explanation and secure web request route. Store and in-app deletion steps for a future mobile application must be implemented separately when the application’s final data/network review is complete.
