This page explains the pre-contractual information and distance sales structure used for online sales. It is not a blank \u201cuniversal agreement\u201d that alone governs every service and every order.<\/p>\n

Transaction-specific pre-contractual information<\/h2>\n

Before confirmation creating an obligation to pay, at least the following information is provided according to the selected transaction and confirmed in a form accessible to the customer:<\/p>\n

  • Seller\/provider, any intermediary role and contact details.<\/li>\n
  • Main characteristics of the service, race\/property\/route and service dates.<\/li>\n
  • Total amount, currency, taxes and any additional charges.<\/li>\n
  • Payment and service delivery\/performance method.<\/li>\n
  • Product-specific cancellation, refund, no-show, name\/date change and event change terms.<\/li>\n
  • Applicable right of withdrawal or exceptions\/limitations arising from the nature of the service.<\/li>\n
  • Request and customer service channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

    Transaction-specific distance sales record<\/h2>\n

    At the real order stage, the agreement is created according to the customer, selected service and configuration, price\/currency, service dates, seller\/provider information, version\/fingerprint of accepted product terms and transaction time. Even if product terms change later, the text accepted for the earlier transaction is stored immutably.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

    Provisions that vary by service<\/h2>\n

    Withdrawal, cancellation or refund terms may differ for accommodation, transport, activities\/experiences on specific dates and race-related services. No general claim is made that a right which does not legally apply exists or that a mandatory right is removed. Product-specific terms and mandatory legislation apply together.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

    \n

    Current publication status<\/h2>\n

    Adding a product to the cart or submitting a service request does not by itself create a confirmed reservation or purchase. Payment access depends on product and order eligibility checks. Payment is handled on the bank-hosted page after transaction-specific review and acceptance of the agreement. Accepted card methods are shown on the bank page.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/article>\n

    Bookings within this Mardin offering at Maridin, Kaya Ninova, \u0130zala, Osmanl\u0131 Kona\u011f\u0131, Gazi Kona\u011f\u0131, Reyhani Kasr\u0131, Raymar, Kadim and Minessa are sold exclusively at NON-REFUNDABLE rates. No flexible or refundable rate option is offered. Hilton remains closed to booking until its price is verified and it is separately opened for sale.<\/p>\n

    This product consists solely of hotel accommodation on the specified dates; race registration, transport or a separate tourism service is not included in this sale. Displaying it in connection with a race does not change that scope. Unless otherwise agreed, dated accommodation is subject to the withdrawal exception in Article 15(1)(g) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. That exception does not remove hotel-specific cancellation\/refund promises or mandatory consumer rights arising from non-performance or defective performance.<\/p>\n

    The accommodation period is 13\u201321 April 2027. The minimum stay is two nights; the latest departure is 21 April. VAT and breakfast are included. Only non-refundable rates apply. Hilton remains closed to booking until its price is confirmed and it is separately opened for sale.<\/p>\n

    Reservations are sold at a non-refundable rate. No refund is provided for voluntary cancellation by the customer. Mandatory statutory rights, including rights arising from non-performance or defective performance of the service, remain unaffected.<\/p>\n

    If the guest does not arrive (no-show), the non-refundable rate applies. Mandatory statutory exceptions remain unaffected.<\/p>\n

    For early departure, no discretionary refund is offered for unused nights. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n

    A name change may be requested. It becomes effective only after the booking and hotel availability have been checked and the change has been approved in writing.<\/p>\n

    A date or room change is not guaranteed. Availability is assessed on request; if accepted, the new conditions are communicated to the customer in advance. An accepted change must remain within 13\u201321 April 2027 and a minimum of two nights. Any price difference, whether an increase or decrease, and the revised total are disclosed in advance; the customer’s express acceptance is obtained before the change is implemented. This text creates no automatic change fee, undocumented request deadline or guarantee of a change.<\/p>\n

    This policy does not introduce any change fee, application deadline or penalty that has not been separately disclosed.<\/p>\n

    Legally required refunds follow the deadline applicable to the event. For impossibility of performance under Article 16(4) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, written notice or notice on a durable medium is given within three days of learning of the impossibility, and payments collected are refunded within at most 14 days of that notice. For termination due to non-performance under Article 16(2)\u2013(3), payments collected are refunded with statutory interest within 14 days of receipt of the termination notice. Where the consumer exercises rescission or price reduction for a defective service, the relevant amount is repaid immediately. These rights do not depend on recovering money from the hotel or discretionary approval. The prior specific 15-day promise does not extend these deadlines.<\/p>\n

    Room inventory shown as available for sale is guaranteed capacity. Viewing or adding an option to the cart is not a confirmed booking. Price and availability for every night are checked again before final confirmation; any changed terms are clearly displayed. Your booking is confirmed immediately once both verified successful payment and firm allocation of the inventory for the relevant nights have occurred. Order and booking documents are generated automatically and a definitive booking confirmation is provided. Informing the hotel and handling its operational confirmation are RENNKRON\u2019s responsibilities in the background; the customer does not need to wait for separate hotel approval. If the payment outcome is uncertain, or a confirmed booking record cannot be created despite successful payment, the transaction is not shown as confirmed and is handled through a secure review and reconciliation process.<\/p>\n

    Kaya Ninova \/ Gazi Kona\u011f\u0131 \/ Reyhani Kasr\u0131 \/ Raymar \/ Kadim \/ Minessa<\/h3>\n

    Cancellation requests based on force majeure are assessed on request in light of the circumstances and applicable law. No automatic refund is promised; legally mandatory refunds and other rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n

    Race cancellation or postponement does not by itself create an additional right to a change or refund, nor does it automatically remove existing contractual or mandatory statutory rights. Requests are assessed according to the actual scope of the booking and applicable law. Obligations for standalone accommodation and package travel are assessed separately; the terms of one are not automatically applied to the other. Mandatory refunds and other consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected if the accommodation service is not provided or is performed improperly. These rights are not conditional on recovery of money from the hotel or another supplier. Booking-specific terms for race cancellation\/postponement are stated separately.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

    Force-majeure requests relating to natural disasters, war or death are assessed; documentation\/a report is required in the event of death. A request does not itself constitute automatic refund approval. The previously accepted force-majeure refund commitment specific to this hotel is preserved. Legally required refunds follow the applicable statutory deadline. The previous 15-day commitment is not a general period for all refunds and does not extend mandatory statutory deadlines.<\/p>\n

    A refund accepted under this hotel’s specific force-majeure promise is made within 15 days. This prior specific promise is preserved; it does not apply to every cancellation or refund.
