This guide explains service discovery, cart and request steps on Rennkron. Normal online payment is available for eligible products and orders; no temporary payment window is required. Payment access depends on product and order eligibility checks.<\/p>\n

1. Race and service selection<\/h2>\n

Race registration, accommodation, transfers, activities\/experiences and additional services can be reviewed in Race Services or the race details. The scope of the displayed price, pricing unit and service request\/confirmation terms should be taken into account.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

2. Configuration<\/h2>\n

Enter dates, rooms, guests, direction, vehicle, passengers, quantities or other product-specific options. Information can be changed and mistakes corrected before continuing.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

3. Cart or request<\/h2>\n

Eligible services are added to the cart with the selected options. Price and configuration are validated by the server. Submitting a request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation or purchase and does not reserve inventory. Price and availability are validated again before an order is created.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

4. Pre-contractual information and final review<\/h2>\n

Before payment confirmation, the product\/service, provider\/seller, total amount and currency, service date, cancellation-refund-no-show-change terms and necessary agreements are shown for the specific transaction. Before confirming an obligation to pay, the customer can review the order summary and information entered.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

5. Records and communication<\/h2>\n

When an actual transaction is completed, its summary and the version of the accepted terms are recorded in accordance with applicable retention obligations and confirmed through the specified communication channel. A service request record may be created in the current flow; this record does not mean that payment was received, a real order was created or a reservation was confirmed.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Technical errors and support<\/h2>\n

If you see an error during a transaction, check the status on the page before attempting payment again and request support at request@leonatravel.com.tr or +90 531 772 74 17.
