Rennkron primarily offers service-based products and requests. Current service categories do not involve physical shipping or parcel delivery; if a physical product is offered in the future, its delivery terms will be explained separately on that product.<\/p>\n

  • Accommodation: according to the property, room, check-in\/check-out dates, guests and confirmation terms.<\/li>\n
  • Transfers: according to the route, date\/time, vehicle or passenger capacity and meeting details.<\/li>\n
  • Race registration\/registration assistance: according to organiser authorisation, availability and the scope explained in the product.<\/li>\n
  • Activities and experiences: according to the stated date, time, location, participants and supplier terms.<\/li>\n
  • Additional services: according to the relevant product\u2019s request, confirmation or capacity terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

    When a reservation is formed<\/h2>\n

    Viewing a product, adding it to the cart or submitting a request form does not by itself constitute a confirmed reservation. The point at which a reservation is formed is clearly shown together with the final review screen, payment\/confirmation status and product-specific terms. PUBLIC_REQUEST requests are not guaranteed inventory without supplier confirmation and written acceptance.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

    Confirmation and service document<\/h2>\n

    For a confirmed service, the property\/supplier, service date-time-location, passenger\/guest details and any reservation\/voucher information are shared through the communication channel specified during the transaction. This page does not promise automatic vouchers or instant supplier confirmation that do not exist in the current system.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

    \n

    Delivery\/performance of the service<\/h2>\n

    Service delivery occurs through providing the confirmed accommodation on the specified dates, carrying out the transfer on the specified route and at the specified time, providing access to an activity\/experience, or carrying out the described work\/quotation process for a request-based service. The customer is responsible for checking the confirmation information sent and reporting changes without delay.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

    Demo flows<\/h2>\n

    Products marked DEMO demonstrate reservation features. Demo flows offered solely for display do not create a payment or order. Priced demo\/test products explicitly offered as eligible for real payment may create an order and a payment for the stated amount; they do not provide a real service reservation, supplier stock reservation or ticket.
